This helps condition you to what to expect but I didn’t find a direction though in either of the two TAP seminars I attended. Homeland Security Career’s Moving Ahead with Purpose (MAP) seminar helped bring into focus what I wanted in a job by identifying my values, strengths, and goals to discover my North Star. The seminar also helped identified what I absolutely didn’t want to pursue. I left the seminar knowing what areas I would concentrate my job search. I am privileged to have a part-time position which allows me to continue to pursue my North Star. Thank you, Kimberly."
